Ingredients

  • 1 large banana, peeled and frozen

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries

  • 1 cup whole milk kefir or coconut kefir

  • ½ cup old fashioned oats

  • 2 tbsp. natural peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp. agave nectar

  • 1 tbsp. hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp. flax seed

  • goji berries

  • sliced banana

  • chia seeds

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put all ingredients (except Suggested Toppings) into a high-powered blender. Blend on high 3-5 minutes, scraping down the sides if needed, until smooth and creamy. If needed, add a few ice cubes to maintain frozen consistency.
