Roasted Brussels Sprouts can easily fit into your keto meal plan. Simply toss with Keto-Friendly Apple Cider Vinaigrette for additional flavor and fats.

Ingredients

– 1 lb. raw Brussels sprouts, cleaned, destemmed and halved 3 Tbsp.

Keto-Friendly Apple Cider Vinaigrette Dressing

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees

Spray large baking sheet with cooking spray

Place halved Brussels sprouts in large bowl, add dressing and toss well

Transfer Brussels sprouts to a baking sheet, leaving room between each one

Roast in pre-heated oven for 25 minutes
