Try this easy high protein pancake recipe from GNC. Made with greek yogurt, old fashion oats, egg whites and GNC Total Lean® Lean Shake™ 25.
Ingredients
– 1 scoop GNC Total Lean® Lean Shake™ 25 – Orange Cream
– ¼ cup old-fashioned oats
– ¼ cup cottage cheese
– 2 egg whites
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 – 2 drops of orange extract
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and secure lid
Blend until smooth
Pour batter into heated, nonstick pan, and cook on one side until bubbles begin to form
Flip and cook a few minutes more
Serve warm
Makes: 1 Cup Batter
