Ingredients

– 1/3 cup almond flour

– 1 cup shredded coconut

– 2 servings Dose & Co Pure Collagen

– 1/4 cup maple syrup

– 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

– 3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

– 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

Combine the almond flour, shredded coconut, and collagen in a medium bowl and mix. Stir in the maple syrup, salt and coconut oil and stir until well combined. Mix in the chocolate chips. Line a plate with parchment paper. Roll the mixture into balls and place them on the plate. Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Eat chilled and enjoy.

Makes: 8 balls

Prep time: 5 minutes

Chilling time: 2 hours

Total time: 2 hours, 5 minutes
